By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that doing so does not violate any law, regulation, or order applicable to you.
You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be acting on behalf of another person, and you must not be accessing the Platform as a representative, agent, or nominee of any third party.
You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, operator exclusion, or problem-gambling exclusion arrangement that would prevent your participation in online gambling services at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
To access real-money Services on jjiwn, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as prompted by the registration form. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested for account creation and identity verification purposes.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account with jjiwn. The creation or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where jjiwn identifies multiple accounts held by the same person, jjiwn reserves the right to close all related accounts, void associated transactions and forfeit any Balance held.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any other person. jjiwn will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify jjiwn support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
jjiwn is required to conduct KYC and AML checks on Users, particularly prior to processing withdrawals or when activity triggers compliance review thresholds. You must provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
The jjiwn Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with applicable law, including the laws of your home jurisdiction.
Each game, betting market, and live dealer table offered on the Platform is subject to its individual Game Rules. These Game Rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between Game Rules and these Terms, the Game Rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game or market to which they relate. jjiwn reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, void, or limit any wager placed on the Platform. A wager is not binding until confirmed by the Platform system. Technical errors or malfunctions during the placement process may render a wager void; in such cases, the stake will be returned to your Account. jjiwn's decision on the settlement of wagers is final.
Account balances, deposits, wagering amounts and withdrawal figures are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on the jjiwn Platform. Cryptocurrency transactions, where available as described in published operator terms, may be subject to conversion at rates applied at the time of processing. Exchange-rate fluctuations are your sole risk.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jjiwn reserves the right to return funds and request re-submission via a compliant payment method if a deposit is identified as originating from a third party. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly upon successful processing by the applicable payment network. Processing times vary by payment method, network conditions and applicable compliance checks. jjiwn bears no liability for delays attributable to payment networks, banks or mobile wallet operators.
Withdrawals of Real-Money Funds are available to Users who have completed the applicable KYC verification process. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms and are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
Withdrawal requests are subject to jjiwn's internal review and compliance processes before funds are released. Processing times depend on the chosen withdrawal method, your account verification status, applicable AML review requirements and the payment provider's own processing schedule. jjiwn does not guarantee withdrawal timelines and is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Platform's cashier section. These limits may be adjusted in accordance with your account tier, KYC verification status and applicable compliance requirements. For Users in the Gold loyalty tier, customised withdrawal limits may apply as published in the Loyalty Programme Terms.
In ordinary circumstances, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, subject to that method supporting outbound payments. Where this is not possible, jjiwn may request an alternative compliant method and require supporting documentation.
All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, loyalty rewards and promotional credits offered by jjiwn are subject to individual Promotion Terms published on the Platform at the time of the offer. These Terms apply generally; in cases of conflict with specific Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms shall prevail in respect of the applicable bonus.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable Wagering Requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x the bonus amount) will be specified in the relevant Promotion Terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is satisfied, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Different game categories may contribute at different rates towards satisfying Wagering Requirements, as specified in Promotion Terms.
jjiwn reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play only. Any evidence of promotional abuse, including bonus-pattern wagering, arbitrage behaviour, or collusion, will result in forfeiture of associated Bonus Funds and may lead to Account suspension. Each User is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once.
Bonus Funds not utilised within the expiry period specified in the applicable Promotion Terms will be removed from your Account automatically. Expiry periods commence from the date of bonus crediting unless otherwise specified.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjiwn Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to appropriate authorities:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jjiwn's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjiwn holds its applicable operating licence, as specified in the Platform's published licensing information.

In the event of any dispute between you and jjiwn, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through jjiwn's customer support process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through that process, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction, as specified in jjiwn's published dispute-resolution procedures.
jjiwn reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, jjiwn will provide reasonable notice of the changes by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jjiwn recommends that you revisit this page at regular intervals, particularly if you are a frequent user of the Platform.
